This week was pretty chill.....
Wednesday we had
a 6 hour meeting with Pres Hernandez, and the only thing I can say about it is
this, that was a loooooooooooooooooong meeting!
Thursday I ate
cake and visited an investigator and we gave him a baptism goal.
Sunday we had 3
investigators attend church!!!!! The weirdest thing happened!!!! So Rolando (a convert
from my first area, Moreno, but he is drinking again and has not attended
church in a long time) went to church a little drunk. When he is drunk he just blurts
out a lot of stuff, so we talked to him about doing better with
everything. Then I said, “We can give you a blessing to help you!”
He asked me to give it. I was a little nervous. Gave him his
blessing, and said to avoid the garden (the drinking place in our area)
Monday comes a long,
and we see him there talking to people again and drinking so ya.
We have found a way to
teach Janet again, but it will be hard because it is only on the weekends when
we can teach her!!!!
We are working real
hard with Jorge Jr so he can get baptized too!!!!
