I wanna see pictures of the new house...
not like i am gonna be living in it but hey - I grew up there and would like to
see what you guys have don with my beloved home.
Awww, poor momma. I am so sorry you miss me; I wish it weren’t
so because I am content here. There are days i get excited to see you
guys but i know where I need to be and it is sweating all day every day or
washing clothes by hand or knocking on doors in dirt streets or speaking
English to drunks on the street or bearing testimony about the Book of Mormon
and Joseph Smith.
I still cant believe
God allowed me to be put in a blessed country, with countless amazing friends,
in a blessed church, in an amazing state, but most of all with the absolute
best family. I count my lucky stars we are all one family. You and dad
did such a good job raising us brats.
In exactly one year
from today, I will be living the last day as a missionary, and I am proud to
say that this past year has flown by! It’s going a little slow right now
but I have been in 3 areas and 5 companions, 5 baptisms, a whole bunch of new
friendships, a language learned, and a very much stronger testimony. Let’s
see what the next 365 days brings, right?
