Elder Alder again??? It is a new Elder Alder, what do you expect when they all have the same first name!

My new companion is Elder Alder. I know right. He is from Alabama and is incredible! He says ¨Roll Tide¨ a lot. We get along, roll tide! He is a professional dancer. He used to travel around America dancing on Broadway and what not. He is super focused on the work and ready to go! When I told him we had to write his family last week after having arrived to Sabadell, he told me we had to go to work. He is great! It is wonderful when the trainer has to remind the trainee that we have to write our families.
Lots of miracles this week. First. We had the privilege to go out with President to visit Salvatore and Monica. They were great visits and it helped them both out so much! I am so excited to see what comes of it!
Monica came to church because of it. She is finally progressing. Boom!
Salvatore is finally clicking. We decided it would be best for him and his girl if we don´t separate them, but wait to be married. This time I would agree and we are going to try and help Marisol understand a little better the restoration and get her on board so that when July rolls around “we be having a marriage double dipper.”
I did catch myself doing something that I warn all of you about. I was teaching the other day and realized I was doing what Elder Smiley thought was best because Elder Smiley had been a missionary for almost 2 years and he knew what needed to happen! I realized that I was being a Nephite missionary. How interesting. What a blessing I caught myself before we had a ¨famine in the land¨.
Everything is going fantastic. I love the mission. Even if it is a bit rough sometimes we keep pushing.
The members are getting the missionary spirit and loving this as much as I do. We should have a couple member references coming up this week. What a blessing the members are!
I love y´all a bunch and I wish the best for all y´all!
If you could please pray for our friends Salvatore, Monica, Joaquin and Andrea. That would be a real blessing!
Thank you for all you do!

Elder Kimball leaves, and Dave gets to train a greenbean again!!!

What a week. Lot´s of teaching. Lots of members helping. Lots of miracles and sad things.
Elder Kimble got the call and he is leaving. I got the call and I am training. I´m so excited!!!
Training again!!!! I hope I get Elder Ponce Jr. (hahaha)
I´m hoping you´ve seen this video already but it´s called #becasuehelives. It´s incredible and
a wonderful missionary opportunity for all y´all. (especially if you are home teaching and you don´t want to do a boring lesson. That is Smiley thinking) I think what they are going for is social media.
If y´all with social media (Paps you out o fthe dinosaur age? haha) could link it somehow then otst what is possible because he lives.
Because we watched all the conference talks in spanish like always I would love the conference Ensign, and also if you could send another to Elder Kimble in a seperate envelope, same address because he didn´t get much being so new. I still got quite a bit. A little prideful that I understood so much.
Almost no one was able to come to church because of Vacation (Salvatore), sickness (Joaquin and Andrea) and Work in Belgium (Marcel).
A big miracle this week is that we met a Woman named Elsa this week. A friend of a member who is going through a hard time and she just told us how stressed she is and how she just wants peace. After having just a ten minute conversation with us she told us. ¨This is how I want to feel.¨
If that isn´t a testimony that this is where it is. This is the truth. Such a testimony builder for me.
Elder Kimble was really loved by the ward and when he announced that he was peacing the whole congregation´s jaws dropped. haha on his way back down a man said ¨your going?¨ he replied that he was and he said the simlar word of ¨freak¨. We were all laughing pretty good.
I love all of you!
I wish all of you a good week.
If you would all join me in fasting and prayer for our friends (Alma 6:6)
Pray for Salvatore, Joaquin and Andrea, Marcel, Monica, and Elsa. They´re going to need it!
Thank you for your prayers in my behalf. Those prayers carry me through the week and give me the needed strength!
Love you all!

A great week in Spain

What a calm week. Super tranquilo! It was semana santa. Everyone gets out of school and it is super calm.
Imma need to make it brief.
Salvatore came to conference twice and loved it. Things with his girl are a bit rough and so he can´t really move out and he still needs a bit of time to repent. We changed the fecha to the 25 of April. He is loving the church even with his background.
Gloria, our notorious 80 year old friend, came to conference. She is extremely catholic and told us that everything she heard was pretty much stuff she already knew. She´ll be a bit tough. We love her though and she thinks we are super guapo too.
Joaquin and Andrea. Struggling a bit this week. Really busy and last minute cancelled on conference. That was a bit rough but we shake it right off.
They are coming along and they will be rocks.
Monica. She is making me a bit frustrated. She fired on us again. She really needed this conference to get a testimony of the prophet. Dang her!!!
Last is Marcel, We found him last week on a train. He came to conference. He loved it. WE are going to meet him right now. He is a boss. I love all of you and wish the best to all of you!
This week looks like it is going to be a blessed week! We already loving it! Especially after a blessed preparation day like that!
Thank you for your prayers and support! I hope that with the power and miracle of prayer will help our friends gain a testimony of the restored gospel.
I love all of you and wish the best for everyone of you!
